We began the project with the idea that the logo would be a signature, in this case, of a fictional character named Karla Quein, inspired by the great real estate agents from cultures like the American one.
To arrive at this idea, we were considering others, such as the concept of an emblem. Everything revolved around the notion of enhancing the name and identity of this fictional woman.
After selecting the winning approach, we could extend this decision to a wide range of brand applications. This included refining the logo design for various platforms and media, developing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications, and implementing the new branding elements into marketing materials such as business cards, letterheads, signage, and digital assets.
