For this purpose, an on-site investigation was carried out in which different actions that made during their visit to the museum were studied by means of observation. We focused in one of the main exhibitions of the museum of the year.
Subsequently, we leveraged these insights to create an opportunity map, outlining potential areas for improvement and innovation, which served as a foundation for defining the features of a digital product.
"First, we analyzed the interaction through the detected opportunities to ensure everything made sense.
After solidifying this interaction with a prototype, we decided to push further and create a visual prototype that would allow us to envision the final product.
